Sophia Lin is a Vice President at StoneCastle Partners ("LLC"). Sophia focuses on the development of businesses at all stages of their development and will work within a portfolio company on a specific initiative or project. Sophia services as an in-house management consultant and analyzes actual or proposed business activities. Working within a portfolio company allows her to get a deeper understanding of workflows and customer dynamics. In addition, Sophia frequently works with SCP's CEO on new initiatives, which requires her to wear many hats. In contrast to her consulting duties, she is responsible for product development as well as a wide range of other activities. Akin to working in a start-up, she works on everything from developing business plans to marketing campaigns and anything in between.

Prior to joining StoneCastle in 2018, Sophia worked as a consultant at Accenture where she served as a Project Lead. At Accenture, Sophia was also a business analyst and conducted data analysis and reporting assignments for numerous companies. Prior to Accenture, Sophia worked at campusCATALYST as an analyst to asset competitive landscape for small businesses. Sophia holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Chicago.
