Our History
StoneCastle Partners was founded in 2003 to develop and operate businesses that capitalized on the unmet needs of community banks in the U.S. Banking is heavily regulated and the industry is highly fragmented – these two factors have historically been a deterrent to many investors.

Today, the landscape of banking is undergoing radical and rapid change, and we continue to see opportunity as the industry is transformed by technology.
